write more poetry and prose

i havent really “completed” this..
but..ive improved
& also im switching to another goal..
become a better writer.
i can write all the poetry and prose i want.
but i want it to be better.

i bought 2 new books that were recommended to me to help me write more & better. im excited to do some of the excercises in the one..they look interesting. we’ll see. now all i have to do is make time.

i just ordered a book that a friend recommended to me..hopefully i will get inspired and get out of this rut i’m in.

i’m in a rut..i cant write..everything sounds so blah. and i dislike it immensely.

any suggestions to get me out of this rut that seems to be lasting a very long time?

I love writing. I really do. I wish I were better at it…and I wish I did it more often. Nothing fills me with greater satisfaction than a finished piece that I’m willing to share. Or sometimes…willing to hide and cry about.
