make more of my own clothes

I’ve really been wanting a summer robe. Something lightweight and brightly colored. Last year my Grandmother gave me a vintage dress that belonged to my great grandmother. It’s lightblue with cherry blossoms. Kind of gaudy…but also kind of cute! and I decided to make a robe out of it. I started on it…but ran into some trouble when I realized that there was not enough material to wrap around like a robe would….but I’m working on it—and have some t-shirt reconstructions in mind as well.
