How I did it: Every time I sat down at my computer I picked up where I left off, going from A-Z. As I listened to songs I put them into categories/playlists/stars so that I could better organize my library (I have 7357 items right now). There were so many songs that I had never even listened to or had forgotten about!
I’ve been working on this for months now. I went to the general “music” section and started listening to every song in alphabetical order by “album by artist”. Currently listening to Garbage, so I’ve listened to every artist from A (A.C. Newman) to F (Funeral for a Friend). As I go through the songs I’m rating them and organizing them into playlists so I’ll have easy access to my favorites. 17 months ago
