Grow my hair out

I don’t want to grow it super long. I just want to make it to a little longer than my chin. I had to get it cut short because I got a really bad hair cut and had to get it fixed. I’d just like it to be as long as it was before.

I cut my hair and now it sits right at/below my shoulders. I hated the layers and I had “holes” in if from going to so many different hairdressers. I finally found some one I like and my color is more or less under control. Now it is all one length and looks healthy and thick, so I can grow it out from here.

Life is a constant battle with my hair. I want it short and blonde, long and black, a blood red mohawk… I can never make up my mind and I always want the opposite of what I have. My hair has finally grown to a little past the tops of my shoulders after years of it being super short. I think I’m going to keep growing it out until it is really long. I already have the urge to cut it all off, but I am going to force myself to wait and see how I like having longer hair.

As you can see, I have super curly hair that I’m trying to get to shoulder-length (while curly). I had it that length while I was at university, but I made the mistake of never having it trimmed, so it all had to come off :/ As if that wasn’t bad enough, two disastrous haircuts followed that kept my hair ultra-short for years afterward :/

I learned how to trim it myself and I haven’t been to the hairdresser in more than a year now, so I think I’m off to a pretty good start ;P I’m also taking daily amino acid supplements and a multivitamin, and drinking plenty of water, so hopefully I’ll be making progress soon :D

I think I have maybe 4-8 inches to go, depending on shrinkage.

So since i’ve dyed my hair again… I’m forced to try again. I would like to have all of my own hair by the end of the year… i’m sure its possible does anyone have any idea how i can speed up the process?

I’ve had sooo many people say I should grow my hair out. I get defensive, but I agree also. I want to have hair to flip, haha…. but Anyways, my hair is currently a bit longer than a typical guy’s cut. And I need it looonger. Maybe a few inches past my shoulders. But yeah.

I’m growing my hair out. Any tips? It’s about an inch under my ears. I’d like it right under my chest in exactly a year? Is this possible? How long can I grow it in a year and how?

I ended up dying my hair again! I cut it to grow it out to its original color and now i’ve blown that whole idea!

My hair is starting to grow out of the “awkward stage”. If only it could grow faster :/
