It’s going to happen this weekend.
I’ve made up my mind.
I’m postponing this for months… it wasn’t going to happen any time soon (since I am a big procastinator and don’t like shopping)

How I did it: I kept an eye out for things that I thought I would like. I started wearing dresses, buying more shoes and dug stuff out from my wardrobe that I haven't seen or used in years. I try to make a concious effort to wear something I haven't worn in a long time once every two weeks. Makes my wardrobe seem bigger and I get more variation out of it. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Well, first I determined an ideal wardrobe (one that was reasonable and stylish, while still being totally original). Then little by little, I began to obtain and buy pieces that fit this. I recommend sorting through your closet to see what you already have and starting with basics. Look for sales, they make your money go further. If you look hard enough, you will find adorable things :) Read how I did it…

How I did it: Read up on different styles, fashions ect. I now have a armful of online websites I like to shop on, fashion blogs I like reading too. Just bought different pieces to change my look. Read how I did it…

How I did it: Little by little. First, clean out your closet. Donate all the clothes you no longer wear or doesn't look good. Next, shop at places like Ross or Burlington Coat Factory. Buy outfits that go together because later, you will find you can mix and match them. Next is jewlery and accessories (bags, hats, etc). Start out small. Whatever your style is, just buy a handful of what suites you. Now, you've got your basics (and please have a button u… Read how I did it…
julielondon is finding it strange how her list is working all by itself.
How I did it: I've made a few improvements. And I'm definitely alot more thoughtful when I'm shopping now so hopefully this one will stay with me and in a few years with a few select purchases things should be greatly improved. Atleast now I know what I want my clothes to say about me. I'm alot more organized to. Read how I did it…

In the last Christmas sales I spent an absolute fortune at Oasis, Monsoon and River Island, they had fantastic sales so it was totally worth while. Got some very glam items. Didn’t buy that much in the summer sales as I am topping up my savings at the moment.
Think I can mark this off as achieved although it will certainly be an ongoing process, keeping my look updated!
Curtis Bizelli STILL updating 43 things and growing in the process!!!
What hannanin?
(haha)
When I’m around the house, I find myself NOT even getting dressed BUT not a problem!!! ... however when I get out, I like to look slick and be stylish. I’ve always had a sense of style and took awhile gettin ready for a guy, but lately (since I moved to the south), I’ve let my appearance go a little bit! On top of my wardrobe, I need to stay up to date on haircuts like I used to. My wardrobe is already large, but has mostly baggy carpenter jeans and t-shirts. With it being summer, I need to get some more shorts. I wish it wasn’t so hot outside. I find that I’m the most stylish in the colder months including winter. I have no problem wearing ties and suit jackets, but ONLY when the situation calls for it.
Overall, I just want to pull off a better, trendy look full of darker colors that make me look fit and slick.
I’ll be practicing a lot for the rest of the year, because I’m getting involved in PR and have a lot of events to attend! I need a new sterling silver chain necklace. My ex ganked mine and lost it!
I’ll upload a couple of pics showing me at some of my stylish points SO FAR (before my goal)!!!
... the attached pic here is of me recently on a CASUAL NICE SPRING DAY taking a tour of a limo bus (I know you can barely see me. I’ll have better ones).
LanceWhite My goals smell like french toast!
I’ve added many items to my wardrobe…nice things…not the usual crap that I wear.
Next I should get rid of some of my older clothes that are still nice, but things that I no longer wear.

I’ve been wanting to patch-up my wardrobe a lot lately, especially since I feel like I’ve fallen into the standard university slump of sweatshirts, jeans and sneakers. I try to keep things different by pairing graphic hoodies cut for women, with skinny jeans and my Sailor Jerry pin-up girl Converses, but I still feel schlubby a lot of the time. My summer internship has helped me a little bit in this area, as since I work in an office, I’ve traded the hoodies for cardigans, but on cold or rainy days, I still find myself reaching for my favorite hoodie all over again and it makes me feel so blah.
My best friend promised me that when we get back to school, she’ll help me fix up my wardrobe (being a lot more fashionable than me), but money is really tight (thank you economy for making sure summer students can’t get jobs), so I don’t know how much new stuff I’ll be able to get and if I can stop myself from falling back into my old habits…
well, the black pants finished and declared a disaster.
not at all at the mood of buying clothes… oh, yes, i finished silk peasant blouse, need to wash it and get courage to wear it
- black pants finnaly done and turned out not that bad.
- found good jeans and modified them to fit better
- cardigan went to the garbadge though

Sorry for my crudeness, but I am so tired of the appearance that everyone is supposed to fit. And to be honest—the clothing choices that most of my peers make are not respectable, or do they improve their image and their own self expression. I’ve abandoned the brands, etc. No more. I think that my wardrobe will improve if I am not afraid to be outgoing.

i really truly do believe that I am getting there.
i just think that i need to finish stocking up on the basics (for example, getting a pair of high-waisted shorts, or a versatile pair of sandals)
i can tell the improvement, i just need to stop being lazy and grabbing the closest sweatshirt to me.
it’s not that i have bad style in any means, it’s just that i am lazy.

So I went shopping recently and bought a pair of nice fitted jeans and a pair of khakis. A nice striped long sleeve and a cute brown sweater.
Vincent bought me a few nice tops too and i have been working hard to coordinate and feel more confident… I think having confidence has a lot to with improving your wardrobe…
