I skipped geometry in HS because my counselors said I didn’t need it. Now I am learning that it would be really helpful for the math I am taking in college, especially since I’m now interested in becoming a math teacher.

I’m not doing so well on this one. I was suppose to finish my geometry book by the end of the summer (August 13th) But so far I’ve barly gotten to the 2nd of 13 chapters! I know it’s my own fault that I keep procrastinating. I need to STOP!
my sister is the “math god” in the house and the favorite. she got a hairdryer for her birthday and i got a toothbrush. when it was my birthday i only got 1 thing. (they were shorts). AND THEY DIDNT FIT ME! so my sister got them. i hate her. thats whyy i want to learn grometry! i want to be a smartt as her! (she in high school)
i am stuck on this problem
solve for the variable using the given information. explain your steps
Given AB=BC, CD=BC
A-—B-—C—-D
2x+1 4x-11
I took geometry in HS, aced the class, and LOVED it. However; it’s been a few years and I’ve forgotten it all. I used to love doing proofs the most.
And I took a different math class in its place the next year(which I passed). Since I failed to learn geometry in high school, I would definately be interested in learning geometry in my free time. Geometry is an important subject to learn.
