If you find yourself with a little too much energy from having eaten a buffet on Saturday night, then try this tour of the four points in Singapore.
Assuming that you start somewhere near Clementi (where I live), you could follow West Coast road down to Jalan Buroh, take the Tanjong Kling turn to Pioneer Road, and go to the end of it, before turning to Tuas South. Here I recommend taking a short break for a drink at the second checkpoint. (Estimated Time: 40 minutes)
Cycle up north, go back to Pioneer Road, and turn to Benoi road and watch out for Upper Jurong road. Cycle straight up to Safti MI, turn right, head to Jalan Boon Lay. Take Pioneer Road North to the Nanyang Technological University, turn right and head out to Jalan Bahar exit. Turn left up Lim Chu Kang, head north to the Kranji Dam. Stop for a drink. (Estimated Time: 45 minutes)
Head out to Mandai, and turn to Yishun Dam at the Orchid Country Club turnoff. Cycle into Seletar Camp/Airbase and stop for prata at Jalan Kayu. (Estimated Time: 55 minutes)
Get back on your bike and cycle downhill to Yio Chu Kang road, turn left to Seng Kang, and cycle north until you reach Punngol, loop around down to Seng Kang again, and follow the road heading to Hougang Avenue 10, turn to Tampines Road. (Estimated Time: 40 minutes)
Cycle along Tampines Road until you reach the end of the Paya Lebar Airbase, turn right to Old Tampines road, cycle through the industrial estate, pass the large temple, and enter Tampines Town. Head north and link up to Pasir Ris Drive 10. Continue down the road to Pasir Ris Drive Six, stop at the 7-11 there for a drink. (Estimated Time: 45 minutes)
After the break, clamber onto your bike again, and head south to Loyang Road, turn up north to Changi Village and either stop for lunch or continue down the road to Changi Beach. Take the coastal road down south to East Coast Park and stop at the beach hut for an ice-cream. (Estimated Time: 50 minutes)
Follow the stretch of highway to Fort Road, where you turn out from the park and head for Mountbatten road. Turn left to the Nicoll Highway and cycle as fast as possible to Marina South, past the Esplanade and turn left to Keppel road. Cycle past Sentosa to Pasir Panjang and the West Coast highway, ending at Clementi. (Estimated Time: 50 minutes)
