Ok,
So I was on a roll. Picked up a copy of Cubase and various other programmes. And also obtained a copy of Reason.
Went out and spent £89.98 on an external hard drive – figured I’d need it to store the wealth of musicality that would soon spill from me
Then, felt that the two previously brought SM58s were not suitable ( see I’d need an external mixer – just don’t have the space. So spent another £42.00 on a USB Mic – it’s really nice though ( I think, although it’s yet to arrive)
And now….having installed Reason, and have been asked to specify which midi keyboard I have. I don’t!!!
Have been looking for 2 days. Missed a great bid on ebay. But then I’ve seen a Keboard that functions as a midi controller (which I think means I can use it on the computer) and also as a normal Keyboard. Cost £119.00 – Free postage though.
Problem:
a) – If I buy it, it means I won’t eat for the next week and a half.
b) I can’t really play keys, so for the most part it would be for computer only.
However, I have faith that the cash will come from somewhere and that my keyboard knowledge will improve if purchased.
Isn’t this a lot to invest, if I’m thinking of moving to New York soon?! But in the mean time….
Questions. Logic. Help. Knowledge. Sanity. Words from the WIse. Anything. Required.
Can I afford this?
But it’s an investment in me. So the answer should be yes right?
