I was in Much Ado About Nothing a few years back, and lemme tell ya, performing Shakespeare is like nothing else. By opening night, you will be able to teach a class on your play. I’m still writing theatre papers on Much Ado. You will also meet quite a troupe of characters in your cast. Anyone who does Shakespeare is either really good, or really crazy. But if you can pull of Shakespeare, you can probably act anything with credibiltiy.

952 Is tired, and content.
tonight for “A MidSummers Night Dream”... or hoever you think the title is supposed to be read. I did this one for One Act during High School, and I would’ve enjoyed the second round. Priorities prevail, though.

if you can do Shakespeare, you can do anything. I am a member of a regional classical theatre company in Southern California – I just finished playing Guildenstern in Hamlet last week. If anyone out there is interested, Shakespeare & Co. in Western Massachusetts is a great place to get training – wether you’ve never performed Shakespeare, or were born doing it, it is completely worth it. As an alumnae, I would recommend their training to anyone with an open mind and a passion for acting. Check out their website for different programs. www.shakespeare.org

I’ve done several monologues, performed “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” 5 different times, and I’ve auditioned for Vancouver’s Bard On The Beach . I have yet to do it on film, but I’d love to tackle more of his works at Shakespeare In The Ruins .
