My test result showed that my cruciate is 75% torn. Back on the waiting list for a second surgery-reconstruction.

I have my operation scheduled for next thursday. Apparently I will back to relative normality after 6 weeks.
And surprisingly enough, my knee didnt hurt at all. It was only my hamstring giving me problems ;P. but at least i’ve solved one thing right? n_n i can officially say my knee is healed.
Im back at school again, which means I’m officially allowed to run again. I can’t say my knee is 100% but I’m not really advertising it. It’s good enough to run on at least. I haven’t been in one meet since the season started and I’ve grown tired of being the cripple on the team.
And the very last game, my knee decided to twist funny during a dive, and make a nice popping sound. That was over a month ago. I was initially told that I had lightly sprained my MCL and that it would be a 1-2 week thing. It’s been over a month and im still not better _. The trainer I’m working with says I won’t be able to get back to track practice until after winter break.
Goals on hold:
get faster
recover from hamstring injury
get back into paintball
(basically anything physical Q_Q)

I’m going to shelve abunch of goals until My knee is better- too many rely on the health of my knee. People- look after your knees- all body parts for that matter. Donnot take your health for granted.
Goals I am shelving:
-Score a goal in outdoor
-Snowbaord
-Learn to horse ride
:(

It is not a torn cruciate like first thought- it’s damaged cartilege- which still needs to be surgically removed but has a shorter recovery time…yay!

Went to the gym today and chatted with the gym instructor. I’m going to get my program drawn up after I see the specialist on Tuesday. After the gym I did some exercises in the hydro pool- it felt great at the time. I’m in agony at the moment…
