To visit Madrid is always a pleasure. The people, the tapas, the beer, the atmosphere.
How to go to Madrid
It made me
feel amazing

How I did it: I managed to visit a friend who was staying there. So when I found out that there's really cheap plane ticket I asked my other friend to go with me and after a month we were in Madrid!

Fascination with Spain

I have this fascination with Spain and I don’t know why. I quit my job a few years ago and lived in Barcelona for a month. I rented an apartment and went to language school during the day. It was great. I enjoyed it and did not regret it one bit. It was scary and it was great to face the fear. Now I want to go to Madrid for a much longer time.

Would like to go to madrid… .. after working all summer without do a single day of holidays for finish an inpdap project.. I am so tired… would like to travel all central spain (Madrid and Toledo expecially)..

I have traveled around quite a bit. I never, ever have regrets. Even about the worst trips, the bad food, jet lag, etc.
Just don’t live your whole life waiting for your next trip. I have done that too, especially when real life wasn’t so good.
Live it fully BETWEEN travels. Then your trips will be even better.

It was beautiful, the people were beautiful (men more so than women) and I loved the subway. The food could have been better. I had some great wine, though.
