Go to Ireland for St. Patrick's Day

While it was not entirely what I had expected it turned out to be very memorable. We attended a parade that moved me to tears. We met people from all around the world, we of course drank Guiness and had ‘snake bites’ (hard cider with currant juice)... we smelled peet burning with the unmistakable smell.

I suggest doing this… make sure you are not too wasted to remember some of the things going on around you because it is sensory overload. 5 years ago

So much fun, the Irish sure know how to drink and have fun. Pub crawl around Dublin after the crush of the parade.

I went to visit friends for Paddy’s Day 2005, and had a ball!
