I used to do it but started ignoring this goal about a month ago. I seriously realize how better I felt when I drank 3 litres of water a day. So I started again today… 2 more litres to go. It´s kinda difficult to start again, it feels too much. But I have to get used to it again, it´s all for my own sake.
Sadly i have been ignoring goal, i plan to start from today, It’s Winter and i hope to touch atleast 1-1.5 liters
I remembered around 7 pm last night and quickly drank my three liters. I was asleep by nine. baaaaad idea. I peed once every hour or two the whole night.
I think I’m going to change the title of this goal from ‘drink more water’ to something more specific. My initial plan was to drink 2 litres of water a day. I did that on Saturday. But on Sunday and today, I drank 3 litres per day. I feel healthier for it – I’d been feeling very tired and unwell last week, and am starting to feel better. So my new goal will be to ‘drink 3 litres of water a day.’
