I am in pretty shitty shape physically right now, and I think this might be a good place to get some cheap, easy, relatively convenient exercise. It doesn’t work the upper body, but my thighs would kick ass. Literally.
Well, sort of literally.
But I’ve done this a couple of times. I’m heading back to Boston next week and since I’m training for the Inca Trail, I should probably go hit them early a few mornings for a workout. :-)
Right now I can do the bottom section of 22 steps and then the long stretch of 116. I haven’t managed to do those two sections along with the top section, which I think is probably about forty.
