If I put myself on a television diet, I’m wondering what a good benchmark would be. Right now, I’m leaning toward a pretty generous 10 hours per week to start to see if I even need that much. There are very few things that I actually want to watch, really, but I confess that quitting cold-turkey on the TV vegging at night might be tough.
So, 10 to start and let’s see what happens.
