make sure I am getting 2 litres. I seem to just drink it very sporadically lately then i end up actually dehydrated and cranky.

this is a pretty easy goal had 5 simply at lunch today.
up to seven and will have 2 more at least at dinner.
But I’m keeping the goal up because I seem to have had some recent trouble with it.

on this goal. I think I need to mark it done, but at the moment, I just feel like making this entry. Occasionally when I mark something as done, i tend to backslide into an older habit….

for the last two days as well. Today so far I have only had 4. I’m about to try running on 5 hours of sleep though, so when I come back I imagine I’ll be happy to down four-6 more easy…

today it’s only about 2 in the afternoon and I’ve had 8. I will probably have more. If this continues for seven days, frankly I’ll check it off. I firmly believe it takes 90 days to make a habit, but considering this was already a habit for me, this is just fine tuning from my fall off the water wagon.

I have managed the proper amount of water. I think the drippy hot humid day helped, but I am getting back in the habit. Pretty soon, I think I shall be able to get rid of this as a goal…

I can not believe this but for the past few days I’ve been 80% coffee, 20% water….so will need to work on this in a major way…

at this time, this was standard for me. I’ve fallen back into very little water, lots of coffee and even some diet sodas.So, back to water for me.
I’ll check this off if I am consistently doing it in 30 days.
