How I did it: I worked as a pyrotechnitian.

All of a sudden i wanted to drive a motorsycle from a live gasoline explosion, and then jump away from one.

I fixed my self some explosives, some mortars, some gasoline and my brothers bike. Just for fun, nothing else.
