Exercise 3 days a week — 3 months ago
I owe it to myself to feel better….I think.
Worth doing!
I achieved this goal last week. It feels great. Now I am up to 5 days a week!

So today I started this goal. It took me a lot of motivating to get there but I did. It also helped that I kept getting emails from this website telling me to go work out. I pretty much decided that I am going to do a cardio workout. I would like to get back into my fit self that I once was and lose some weight. When I was in high school I was a size 8 and now I am a 10. I know it is not a big difference but I would like to go back down to that size 8.
This was my work out today:
Bike- 25 mins and 9.5 miles
Stair Stepper – 10 mins and 0.5 miles
Treadmill – 18 mins and 1 mile
So all in all I did 11 miles today and I am feeling it right now.
Objective: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, for at least 30 minutes
each time.
I have a problem. I put some weight on when I was pregnat. Was lazy and didn’t take it all off after wards. I have a lot a stress right now. From wanting to move out of state and trying to sell my mobile home to not making enough money or getting child support. Seems like nothing can go right for me right now. I finaly quit smoking and it has caused me to put more weight on. I have no motivation to exercise anymore. I need help. Some way to get me motivatied. can anyone give me some idea’s????
