start saving money each month

This is seriously something I need to start working at again….

Once I get my budget made I’m going to try stick quite a bit away each month for the move/etc.

This is being done, on a small scale though for as soon as the money arrives it now goes out to pay down and off the credit cards. I while soon have car payments. Getting debt free and saving a little money.

I have over $1,000 in my savings account right now and it feels fantastic!! And now I’m working two jobs so will be able to save a lot more/a lot faster. Go me! Go me!! :D

I have over $700 in there now!! It feels so good, I hope I keep up with saving like this for the rest of my life, it’s so awesome! I love it!

It’s nice having options, you know?

I’ve put another $100 or so in… I now have just over $350 in there!

I’m going to be a money saving queen at this rate!! I suppose I need a new camera AND to pay for a vacation to Australia, I better be a money saving queen. I’m hoping to get the camera for birthday/Christmas….. PLEASE DEAR GOD LET ME GET THE CAMERA AS A GIFT!!! ;)

Ok, so I started setting aside my monthly savings today for Australia. I put $200 into my Australia fund, which had $25 in it before for a whopping total of $225!!! HOLY CRAP! :P

I also, as promised to Lee, put a donation tab up on my site. Wonder if anyone will actually donate…. besides Lee, and maybe my mother.

At least I’ve started saving now.

I’m going to Australia in January. I also want to buy a nice camera before then for the trip. So I’m going to start setting aside at least $200 a month for the trip, more if I can handle it.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to adjust my expenses enough where I can keep this up continually after so I always have enough to travel.
