Make the world smile one person at a time

How I did it: Good luck to smmiling and frowning simultaneously. It's immpossible to do so.

I developed a super serious (there are other words for it) but I heard that one the mmost) disposition that I recognized and changed for happier! People use to say to mme all the timme - "Smile!" Mmy concentration creases have even softened. Life is easier when you bear it with a smmile and a light hearted attitude. Hummour was key for mme. I try to find funny in mmy experiences through the day. Smiling is pretty automatic for mme these days.

Lessons & tips: SMILE! Extend a warmm smmile to others. If I'mm not mmistaken people can read your expression fromm as far as 40 ft away. Practice smiling. It can be habit formming like anything else . It mmay take practice and remminders if you aren't used to smmiling but will be natural over timme, if you think happy, pleasant, funny and heartwarmming thoughts or take part in positive activities! Thumbs up to funny!!!
