I give up on this goal because it’s also too general for me. Right now I will focus on doing my pushups for having a flat stomach and on doing my exercises on a regular basis three times a week.

I always include ten push-ups during my stretching programme after running now. Hope to see the effort someday…

After running I did a small workout from my Cindy Crawford-DVD. I will start to get this in my running routine.
