I’m pretty sure I just want to learn that cool pose where you’re on your elbows and your feet are hanging over your head :) But, if it’s relaxing, I probably need to make it a part of my mornings. I can’t function unless I’ve chillaxed.

So I started to do yoga, simple little things. Baby steps until I get more flexible.. don’t know how long this is going to last but It feels great.
