run 5K in less than 22 minutes

21:47!!

i am absolutely shocked and soo happy!
i can’t believe i actually did it, last year i was running in the 25’s! hard work really does pay off :)
our team as a whole did really well, boys and girls are going to state!

so far my PR is 22:14 and i only have 1 race left in the season :(

I ran 23:34 this past weekend in a race. I’m getting closer!

My best time is from June 2004 and I’m hoping to beat it this summer. But it might be tough to get under 22:00 without some serious work!
