make a list of 43 rewards, smaller and larger, to give myself for accomplishing goals.

When I reward myself, it never seems to be anything off this list, so I’m just at the why bother stage.

40. watch the butterflies in the garden
41. buy and plant something in my yard
42. take an art class
43. paint something

36. wear my tiara
37. hug one of my sons
38. play a Game Boy game
39. order pizza delivery

35. give myself “a day off” or “an afternoon off” or “a morning off”

33. foot massage
34. back massage

30. sleep in- have a late morning
31. take a nap
32. wear my pajamas and pink fuzzy robe

26. drive a rental car
27. ride the train just for a fun outing
28. travel with 1 or 2 of my sons
29. explore a new place I’ve never been before

21. read a book for fun

24. watch a movie at a movie theater
25. watch a DVD at home

18. buy a houseplant or flower
19. buy a magazine to read
20. buy a book (or books)

13. shop at Goodwill (or other thrift store)
