Explore the world of the chickpea

I also made some soups too. I`m less impressed by chickpeas, generally, than beans.

I have mad a stuffing for a chicken using chickpeas and white beans and rice cooked in lemon juice.

Made a soup using chickpeas, pork and cilantro. Good.

Next, I try to use chickpeas as a stuffing for roast chicken.

I am slowly getting to grips with the culinary potential of this much underrated ingredient.
