On the Run

I’ve been thinking about running and today I found an article Ready to Run? that sets out a fairly simple program that looks doable. I’ve set 5 days a week to be somewhat realistic, but I would really like to run every day.
At least at this point, I’m not too concerned about how far I get, as long as I’m going. I figure if/when I finish 12 weeks, THEN I can think about going for speed or mileage.
