I have been doing pretty good with this. Making time to exercise, and going out with friends. It is still a work in progress though. On the schedule for this week, rock climbing on Thursday night, and on the 5th, belly dancing! I am combining this goal with the loosing weight, it is a great way to have fun and hopefully, get more active and loose weight in the process.

I don’t think that others actually understand the concept of “ME” time. Well, either they don’t understand or they just don’t care. Heh.
Well MLK day was suppose to be a “ME” day.
My office was closed today and I purposely did not tell anyone that I was off for the day. Well that did not matter, because my friends are constantly hunting me down. My home & cell phone was ringing off the hook, people were just showing up at my place and my room mate took off early when she found out I was off. SHEESH....so much for ME time.
Well, I know it isn’t much…but my lunch hour has turned into my “ME” time. Instead of going out to lunch with my co-workers everyday, I turn off my cell phone, sit alone and read a book. Makes me feel a little refreshed after lunch and not so stressed. I like it, it feels GOOD!
::SIGH:: Sometimes I feel like I’m so busy doing for others, that I rarely have any time for myself. I really need to slow down and make time for me.
don’t know how though)... one thing i love doing is watching the bill twice a week and i haven’t seen it for weeks because i try to get everything else done first. and that never happens. but i’m not very good about relaxing until things are done. and things are never done. i need to relax my expectations but doing that stresses me. it feels like a no-win for denny here
