How I did it: I actually got into an allergy drug trial, and since I've been taking the medicine i haven't had anymore issues relating to this. So far now I'd say it was just really really bad allergies.

They are going to put me on a CPAP machine for the next 6 weeks to see if that makes a difference. I’m not exactly thrilled about it… I’m afraid my love life is going to suffer. What man wants to go to bed next to that each night?

I want to do a sleep study to check for this. I have been sleeping plenty and I wake up feeling unrested and have dark circles under my eyes. Sleep apnea runs in my family and it is one of the side effects of PCOS.
