find out why I can't access Blogger

So many of the blogs I read are blogspot blogs – some load but then I get a network timeout when I try to comment – others get the network timeout notice even before they load :-(

I’ve tried ‘pinging’ the comments IP address and have to take my MTU right down to 1264 to get a response – don’t want to start fiddling with the registry when it is probably a blogger problem :-(

ah yes – I have access again – somehow or other when I got broadband all of my computing problems fixed themselves. Is it all to do with speed? I don’t know, and I don’t really care.

okay, I’ve decided that I will fiddle around with this once I’ve got broadband, which I thought would be last Friday, but it’s not, it’s later on, when various things have happened that I’m not fully cognizant with.

however, I will get to the bottom of this, even if it means downloading millions of things, and changing profiles and settings, and do dads, twisting the dials, and punching the buttons – it will happen, sometime.

It’s poo when one of my stated goals is to be a better blogger and for some unknown reason I can’t actually get into Blogger using my eMac and Safari, or my eMac and Explorer.

Do I need to download Firefox?
or
Do I need to do something else that isn’t readily known to me because I can’t get into the Blogger Help files either. It’s all very peculiar.
