I love it. Letting my digestion rest for a day. The ease with which I can fast. The discomfort when I’m hungry. The extra time from not preparing food, eating and (particularly) doing dishes. Contributing to sustainability…
And at the same time I feel that shouldn’t do it. That I should get enough energy for my active life.

It was a little bit hard a few times, but I just kept drinking juice and water and came through it. By evening, I wasn’t even hungry at all. This a.m. I was hungry. 2 years ago
but fell out of it when I fell out of doing some other good things for myself – like doing yoga on a daily basis, and eating better. I’m slowly coming back to my original good living lifestyle, and this will be part of it. I am thinking to fast on Tuesdays. I’ll see how that goes. 2 years ago
