Sunday I ran/jogged/plodded/walked for 1 1/2 hrs
Some progress
I can now run for 45 mins, but it seems to be a slow plod up and down the hilly trails
And I can swim for 30 mins
Now to consciously increase those each week
I return to the trails and pool only this week
I might very well be the most out of shape in my life

07/11 40 min run yesterday morning. Pretty simple to ramp up to 1 hr: 5-10 min increases on an out & back course. The swimming goal will be a bit more of a challenge.
There have been many times in my life that I could go run for an hour no problem. But the last time was a long time ago. Now I mostly swim, but my workouts only last 30 mins or so. Now with summer, I want to be able to either run on the trails or swim in the lake for an hour several times/week.
