Worth doing!

i did this a LONG time before i joined 43things…

and i do want to do it again, yes, but i don’t want/need it staring me in the face every day, just right now… so i’m marking it done/want to do again.

the weight I’d have to get to to get to this magical-sounding number, 24.9, I realize something startling.

That this is the Exact weight I got down to during my six-month dancing stint in India.

on one hand that’s heartening, to know that I have been down there as recent as 2003… but on the other hand it’s sobering… It took a ton of self-control/restraint with food and another ton of exercise to get down there… and then, I ballooned up to more than my original weight just months after leaving the rarefied atmosphere of the Chennai dance world…

Worth doing!

I might as well come clean.

While I hate to dwell on weight as such, I do realize that my current BMI – (which is 30 according to a web calculator I used) is just too high for my own good.

So, I read up on it a bit, and found that a BMI of 24.9 is the highest end of the healthy BMI range.

For some of you out there, that might be high, but for me, for now, 24.9 would be a dream.
