after looking at a blank sheet of paper for a few weeks & drawing sketchy layouts i’ve FINALLY but brush to paper. i’ve got 7 tables of 17 done so far & it’s not looking too bad… 2 weeks to finish it…

My oldest friend is getting married & has asked me to paint her seating plan in the style of Winnie the Pooh’s 100 Aker Wood (yes that is how you spell ‘aker’ – I speant hours looking for an image with the word ‘acre’). They’re getting married in September & I haven’t started as I’m feeling a little intimidated. Each table will be named after an important place in their lives (their new house, their schools, their parents’ houses, their university towns etc) & they need to be represented on the seating plan. Now I did GSCE art but have merely dabbled since then in crafty bits & pieces. Wish me luck – I’m going to need it!!
