meet the Indigo Girls

She was amazing! If you can meet her, by all means do it! I never freak out about celebrities but since they’re my favorite band ever this was a huge deal for me. I was speechless. And I started crying as soon as I walked away (I’m so dignified). Yay, Emily!

I have seen them in concert 33 times, and met Emily once (she’s soooooo nice). Then I finally got to meet Amy a couple months ago and she was so awful toward me (seriously – I was outside before a show – not like I went to her house or anything) – I was just ripped to pieces. She’d always been my favorite. Now, three shows later, I had tickets to, but just didn’t feel the “omph” to go to any of them. I’d have to blame that on Amy. :-( As much as I always wanted to meet them, it’s almost ruined the band for me. And I was a die-hard fan! I’ve traveled states to go see them and everything!
