Sports? Me?

I love Arts, but I´m not good at sports. However, I´m conscious that in order for me to be healthier, I have to do some exercise. Since I´ve got a problem with my knees, I can´t go running nor doing any strong effort. But I could practise yoga, pilates, or something like that. I don´t have to be so lazy and think of my future as well.

Badminton was great fun. I loved it. Played doubles witha nother couple. I was the worst out of all of us, but I still enjoyed it. Going next week too. Will go to Aqua-areobics on Monday evening.

I have got badminton booked for this friday might. Feel i may be jumping in at the deep end but I will know how fit i am!

I have been a gym memeber a few times over the years. I have recently lost 32lbs and now need to get the last few of and tone up. This will only happen with exercise. Just looked at a nice gym but put off by the price and the distance. Think I will have to enrol at my local one again and get some exercise.

I exercised for the first time in I can’t remember how long. Turned on some music did some stretches- Man it feels great to stretch. I bet Yoga is what I’d like best as far as regular exercise. So it wasn’t long- about 15 minutes, but I broke a sweat, and didn’t hurt myself, and feel really good, Yeh!!
