female i am, single i am, and for the first time fell hard in love for this guy like a bolder and he dropped me as hard. didnt tell me he found another, just disappeared from the earth. i just dont get it. we got along so well. i mean boy howdy! bam did we get along. i dont get it. i just dont understand.

I see myself being drawn to all the wrong people. My comfort level with people that are taken or good friends that are comitted adds to my problem. I start developing unnecessary crushes.

Because- is there such a thing as a `wrong’ person? And can you stop yourself falling in love when it’s going to happen? I would answer No- at least to the second one.

So- I’m going to let love happen, but not let it be tithed to a particular person. So yeh- even if you fall for someone and find their toxicity is harmful you can leave with the love but not the poison. I think it was Gurdjieff the Russian mystic who once said `in the Fourth Way- rain, hail or shine- we always make a profit’. A feeling of love is always wonderful- come what may…...
