Get up the running speed to pass the Dallas PD physical

need to this job since I’m looking to get another job and its looking really good!

Well did my first real run last night, not strictly timed just went for a consistent pace, ran about 2 miles I’d say about 19 minutes give or take two.

to dust off the running shoes. A mile and a half in approximately 15 minutes is the min. Less than a year ago I was running that in 13:30, not sure what I am at now but I’m sure its not that.
