Oh my gosh, this is the best, I can’t believe what hooping is doing for my body; it’s crazy good! And it’s meditative too, calms me right down. Win-win.

Hooped for 30 minutes in the morning; my new hoop was there when I got home so I hooped for 30 minutes more. It’s so clutch, I love it, weighted, very cool. I need to view the instructional/workout dvd that came with it; they say to view it before trying, so I guess I will.

28 minutes tonight, felt great; things are moving along. can’t wait for the instructional dvd to arrive so I can start doing different stuff

27 minutes, felt great! got an email from gaiam, my weighted hoop has been shipped. this is a very good thing to do; it clears my head as well as keeping me fit. it’s all good.

This is actually more worth doing than I thought. For one thing, I was hoping this form of exercise would turn me into a hottie, but a benefit I wasn’t expecting was the strengthening it’s doing on my back. Unbelievable! I usually wake with a lowgrade lower backache. That hasn’t been happening these last three days. And I feel great overall. I’ve been eating well and haven’t been drinking alcohol, plus I’m getting proper rest, so all factors are in contribution no doubt.
