I will have the courage to do what is right at all times, despite any difficulties, and I will strive to see through my biases in order to know what is right.
I will speak to the truth in all things and always evaluate my words to be sure they are true and correct.
I will honor my nobility and strive to show it to others. I will work to honor it when I see it in others.
I will be loyal to myself, my beliefs and my kin.
I will share what I can with those who need it and I will care for myself so that I can care for others.
I will push myself to have integrity for my own sake. I will admit my mistakes and correct them. I will Reward myself when I have done good, and always drive myself to do better.
I will work when I should work and play when I should play and I will find fulfillment in both.
I shall live simply in order to be both independent and self reliant. I will neither be a burden or a charity to others. I shall create with my own hands that which I can and evaluate purchases when I can’t.
I will learn form my failures and should my course be good and true, continue to persevere until I succeed.
I shall seek knowledge and wisdom and evaluate it with critical thought. I will not take anyone’s word without weighing it first. 13 months ago

the worksheets there deciding what was actually important in my life as well as
what major goals I have. I also looked up the Nine Noble Virtues online and
spent some time meditating over them. They each have a brief statement as to
what they mean in the Troth. I took those meanings and made them relevant to my
life. Then I worked them into “I Will” statements and added a tenth virtue so
now it’s the Noble Nine + One. Now I’ve written it out, and typed it out and I
will post it here and on my blog so that I will see it everywhere I go. That
way I will be reminded that I have a set of values that I want to live by.
So I highly recommend that everyone do this, it will make
your life a lot easier in the long run by giving you a road map to decision making. Read how I did it… 13 months ago
being a perfectionist, this goal has been hard for me. I want it to be right the 1st time. haha right
I have read several company and personal mission statements. I just haven’t found my voice yet.
However, I have come to realize I don’t have to make it one statement. but rather it can be several, one for each of the carying aspects of my life(social, financial, mental, physical, etc). this is the approach I am taking.
perhaps, one day I will be able to mesh all into a cohesive whole. 23 months ago
How I did it: I stopped and thought about why I was backsliding so much on some of my simpler goals, ones that really only required a little self-discipline.
So I’ve written the first draft and now I need to let it sit for a day or so and see if I am still happy with it then.
“I will maintain good health and wellness habits to improve the quality of my life, extend the quantity of my life and to reward myself, my wife and my family.”
See how that feels in a few days. 2 years ago
Right now I really seem to be at a stage in my life, where I really really need to work on things to build my future. 2 years ago
I want to make a mission statement that is a collection of words that I want to embody and make them into a picture of some sort. Like a leaf. Then I would have a symbol and words that I could glance at and remind me what I am working towards. 3 years ago
We had suits and several clothing articles made throughout Asia; including China, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Phuket and Chiang Mai. By far, the best quality was in Bangkok’s “Savile Row Suit” tailors. Their address is: 0858441307. Tel: 022354427. They had an incredible amount of textiles to choose from, were by far the most proffessional and, even delivered to our hotel for us. We recomend at least 2-3 days, although yes, they CAN have it ready for you in just 24 hours (sometimes, even less). You want to allow one day for a second “fit” and any necessary alterations. Speciafy things such as 1 or 2 pockets, special requests, etc. Incredible assortment of Cashmere and Cashmere blends. Great silks and textiles. Look through their various magazines, will copy a suit to a tee. We paid about $140.00USD for Cashmere, Suit, 2 pants, 3 Silk Shirts and a Silk Tie. This was NOT the cheapest They email is savilerowfashion@gmail.com
they specialise in suits dress custom shoes leather etc..

Some call it a mission statement, others their passion or purpose. I want to write down what I want to do, what to achieve in life and who to be or become. I think it’s important to think about the important things in life on a daily basis and try to get a routine in doing and acting on those goals. 4 years ago
To live generously and with compassion and to recognize, inspire and promote authentic living in myself and others.
Here are some articles on writing a mission statement:

Mission statements can really help your focus, and can help you evaluate what counter productive things you are doing in your life. 5 years ago
I have done this both for the organization I lead, plus for my own life. I used a book by Lauri Beth Jones that really helped me in the process. 5 years ago

I have started out on a detailed mission statement to go with some of the more SERIOUS goals on my list

“Seek knowledge and adventure, be open, kind and loyal”
It’s based on a values elicitation exercise I did a few years back and it can be really helpful if I am decision making. I look at the problem and with any potential solution I see if it fits my values. These values are obviously more far ranging than my mission statement but it’s a handy quick test. 6 years ago
I’m so glad I did this. I put it in the front of my planner and look at it often. It includes concrete goals as well as qualities of how I’d like to live my life. 6 years ago
I started using the mission statement wizards on the Franklin Covey website and they really helped me figure out what I want to say! They’re not my completed mission statement – but they gave me a little kickstart. 6 years ago
I know a lot of people use FranklinCovey’s builder or Stephen Covey’s (7 habits) exercise(s) – the one where you imagine what you would like everybody to say/think about you when you are dead (I, personally, read something similar somewhere else before, but I don’t remember exactly where). Other sites have mission statements builders, too, but the one that was really good for me was here
That’s because I already know what my values or principles are, but I needed something to help me translate that into doable things. Even if the mission that came out was not exactly what I expected while doing the exercise, it was a very good starting point and just needed some tweaking.
I wrote a spiritual and a personal mission statement, and it really helps. 6 years ago
Figured out today that the Mission Statement I needed most is for me. The bottom line is to Thine Own Self Be True. 6 years ago
