I’ve been keeping quiet a lot. I’m just not too inspired by good qualities of people. Hard to come by sometimes.

Just thinking of how the people I work with and myself will often say things about our friends and managers that are not really true.
I intend to stop. Its that simple.
In organizations everyone is so Critical of the person who sticks his neck out and tries something new.
We all make mistakes
My new motto is thus
