i have to admit i haven’t been on the site much lately, but it does have tons of great health and wellness info. i really like the recipe section for lowfat dinner ideas. i have been going on there to read articles but i need to start tracking my diet and exercise soon. we’ve been hitting the gym a lot harder and i’m already feeling the results. maybe it would help to write everything down too!

I was 200 pounds awhile ago, and I lost 60 of it. I’m using www.sparkpeople.com to stay on track to lose 10 more. It has a calorie counter, you get a personal page, and there’s message boards to keep you motivated. Its all free and you just have to sign up like you were signing up for an email account.
