But I have lost some weight and i am happy

to lose the first 2kgs, just the next 3 are proving to be a little more difficult

I am trying to keep active & be careful with my eating habits :)
this is not going so good at the moment, I am a bit busy but I am trying anyway,
Maybe I was a little over ambitious- 5kgs in 5 weeks?
Going to keep moving, loads of exercise and cut out all bad foods, I hope this plan of action is going to be effective
I call it the 5in5 challenge. Weigh yourself on the first morning, then weigh yourself the same day and time each week.
I find it helpful to each week write your new weight on your bathroom mirror so that you can keep track of your progress.
My plan is to get up 1 hour earlier each morning and go for a walk, try to eat a little healthier and see how it goes.
