crochet dishcloths for a bunch of people

I am crocheting dishcloths for my sister. She is an elementary school resource teacher. The goal is to create at least 100 dish cloths for her school to sell for 2.00 each. This money will then be donated on behalf of Harbourside school to the IWK Childrens hospital in Halifax, ns

For little “Just because” gifts!

Mom and FMIL are getting them. Next one for grandma and FGIL.

Green with Pink edging. Now I have two to give away. I think my sister and my mom are getting them next.

Next a green one. They come in handy for jobs around the kitchen like cleaning out the cast iron skillet. They’re good at gathering crumbs. Now I’ve got to start giving them away instead of using them.

Now I’m making a blue one with an orange edge.

One down – she got 4. Plastic crochet hook broke. I got a bamboo one that I like better than the metal ones.

I got a plastic crochet hook that I can hopefully take on the plane.

In order to attempt some of the other patterns, I’m going to get a size I crochet hook.

I took the pink yarn on a trip this weekend, so I finished the pink one with ridges and another pink one with holes in it. The one with ridges is too thick. The one with holes is okay, if a little on the small side.
