I go to a well known school with a tough science program. Biology 101 is so hard. They’re trying to weed everyone out. I just want a C!!

How I did it: I studied, for the most part. I didn't really study, I just paid more attention in class and tried my best to remember what we discussed in class, even if my teacher happened to ramble off into Rantville numerous times. I got a 80 on my final, and since I had an 91 average in the class, I think the least I can get is a B for the class, which I am totally acceptable of. Lessons & tips: Actually pay attention. Sleeping is never good! Resources: The science book, paying attention in class. |

How I did it: I studied, well sort of. I did when i could or had the motivation! STICK with it though! My class was probably the hardest. A lot of people either transfer out, withdraw, or fail. apparently I did so well on my exam that I passed my first semester with the lowest possible passing grade. That’s pretty pathetic but i’m really happy because i was so certain i had failed for a few months already. Holy crap _

i failed biology first semester. its very characteristic of me to do awful at something and then miraculously be amazing at it. i intend to get a 4 for the second semester. i pulled this feat off in my freshman science class, so i don’t think this will be too impossible. when i get my first progress report ill make a journal entry. its too bad ill be taking it the first semester next year, anyway. but it always feels good to shove this kind of thing in a teacher’s face!

I managed to pull my 60% up to a 89%! WOOO! I’m pretty happy! I stopped failing all the tests and even got a 100% on a biology test! I couldn’t even believe it myself but apparently I understood the anatomy of a rat pretty freaking well.
So to those of you struggling with this ask your friends for help. I made two friends in my biology class and then my best friend was also in it so I had a lot of help. They helped me study and kept me focused. I can honestly say I earned this high B without cheating but instead with hard work.
I’m pretty proud of it and I could not have pulled it off without having friends to help me through it. i will never have to take Biology ever again! YAY!

SECOND SEMESTER IS GOING SOOOO MUCH BETTER!!
so far, i think i might actually have B!!
and i actually GET what were talking about!!
ITS A MIRACLE!!
and i’ve been staying after more and doing lotsa extra credit :)

I have brought my grade all the way from a extremely low D to a B! Woooo! I am happy with a C and I’m doing well. It’s hard to keep on top of it but I’m trying and if I can do it nearly anyone can. :]

I hate Bio!!! It’s like impossible to understand! I got a C first quarter and I’m so happy that I passed! Only seven more months of this crap!
