I volunteered at the snack bar for the volleyball and softball tournament which benefits the youth in my community. It was a good experience, interacting with jock types and seeing some of the kids I work with in a different environment. My feet were freezing and my back was sore, but I did it!

I have this attitude just about a lot….I live for it. The thing is it’s not always around when I want it to be. Then sometimes, it’s here just not enough to help me get off my ass….like right now would be a good time….We’ll see if I get anything done tonight.

If you feel you want to do a thing, just do it. Procrastinating will devastate your self-esteem and having it done will make you feel so much better.
The more you are afraid of doing it, the faster do it. It feels great once done.
Remember to respect others and yourself.

...listed at a time.
“43 Things” is too much (for me) to keep in my head all the time. I read somewhere that most people can only keep between 5 and 9 simple items in their head at any one time. That averages out at 7 then.
But I find it difficult to retain stuff in my current memory so let’s say 5 items for me.
What to do with the rest? Well I’m putting them on the ‘give up for now list’ until I’m ready to re-activate them.
I can but try!
