I don’t really know Calico, but was invited to give her birthday wishes by Hawkmeister. I’d been debating doing it on my own since she was born the same year I was born. Here’s my birthday wishes for her for the coming year:
May she recognize the things in herself that make her unique, and realize that they’re still there even though she’s grown with time. May she find the motivation to exercise more and eat healthier in order to lose the weight she wants to lose. And may she gain new cacti for her collection, and have the green thumb needed to be a good gardener.

...and this morning putting on a flangerella special: brunch for Calico and family, comprising of greek yogurt, compot, honey, assorted jams…followed by cold meats, herby and couscous and wild rice salad with whole meal toast with pate…
then me and my other half and fluffy dog, hot footed it back to Calicos where we were blessed by another slab of birthday cake and a glass of champers,
well I think I can say we have well and truly celebrated my sisters birthday… yum it should be a 40th birthday every weekend!!
