ride a unicycle

My neighbor was having a yard sale, and I picked up a unicycle in great condition. I used to be able to ride forward about 20 yards, but now I can’t ride it at all. I’ll practice until I can go 100 yards, then work on going backwards or hovering.

I just bought one today… unless 5 feet counts as riding, this is my goal :)

But it was worth it, and im learning to juggle while riding.

I can do it holding onto a friend or a fence. I want to do it with no help.

ive got to practice more, i can ride around but i wanna learn some more tricks

OK, this one isn’t really mine, it’s Peter’s (the hubby).

He had this impulse to buy a unicycle last summer. He already has a bicycle, and I figured that for the low cost of a unicycle, it was worth it to let him enjoy himself.

Unfortunately, he never really got the hang of it! He practised hard, but all he got were bruised shins.

Our older son got hold of it, and within a few days, was whizzing up and down the street confidently. I know Peter doesn’t mind, and is actually very proud of him, but I wish he could ride it as well!

Something that I haven’t done in a long time that I want to do again. Ebay has some cheap ones too!

One of my roommates rides a unicycle around campus, so we all play around on it when she’s not using it. My balance actually isn’t horrible.
