How I did it: I made a commitment.I did not eat as much in one meal.I did not eat as much junk food.I tried to stay active throughout the day.I went to the mall and walked around.I went walking in the neighborhood.I ate healthier food.I ate fruit smoothies!I ate more vegetables.I put a limit on eating fried foods.I drank apple juice or any 100% only juice.I drank more water.
