(What is RSS?)i recently acquired a “vadis ET20”valve amp in pretty poor condition. I’m keen to refurbish all of the components but have a hard time finding any information on these amps.Will keep trying and keep posted with progrss.cheers.
Am I the only one on 43things who wants to build a valve-based amplifier? I’ve loved valve tech since I was a child—my father had a number of valve radios in his shed (and even used them regularly!), and he used to tinker with them whenever he could.
Jaycar Electronics (Australia) has a kit for building a single channel valve pre-amp, and I haven’t found anything better in the UK (I’m moving there soon) so I might end up getting two of them.
Chance to do some woodwork for the case also.
