How I did it: Well my dads a drummer and had a set at home so he gave me pointers but just made it look so easy and was not a good teacher, lol!

I was 17 when I did this and it was a little intimidating because people I asked thought it was funny  and everyone seemed to be an expert yet couldnt teach.
 
So I just found my own instructor and went and got some books and a dvd on playing drums and reading sheet music.

Then I just practiced for hours, had lots of fun jamming. Read how I did it… 4 months ago
